Hot Taco Recipe:

1 pound chopped meat/turkey/chicken

1 packet Bodacious Hot Taco Spice Mix

1/4 cup water

Place pan on medium heat,

if using turkey or chicken lightly coat a pan with a light oil (I recommend sunflower oil, it's loaded with Vitamin E - that stays in one's food & it won't smoke in high heat)

Crumble ground meat into pan, use a spoon to move meat around, providing air in between meat crumbles for cooking - flip meat crumbles to cook all sides.  Do this for about 5-7 minutes (depending on meat source).  Drain any excess fat that may be in pan.  

Use Spoon or Meat Chopper to Finely Separate Meat (or leave as larger chunks if you prefer.

Keep heat under pan on medium.

Add seasoning packet, coat and mix meat

Add water, mix in thoroughly, leave heat on medium for 1-2 minutes - allow it to simmer

Turn off heat and enjoy! (Keep covered until use so the meat does not dry out)

Prefer less heat? Use Half Packet with 1 pound of meat
